We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner in Argentina, Uruguay or Colombia to embed full-time in a single, tight-knit delivery pod and own the day-to-day of shipping great software. This is a hands-on, embedded role, not a roaming strategy seat. You’ll be 100% allocated to one client pod, sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with designers and engineers, turning a vision into a backlog and a backlog into shipped product. You’ll be the steady hand the team relies on: the person who keeps the work clear, prioritized, and moving.

We’re after someone who wants depth over breadth to know one product and one team deeply, build real trust, and become the operational backbone of the pod.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Own the backlog end to end: refine, prioritize, and sequence work so the team always knows what’s next and why.
• Translate requirements into precise, developer-ready user stories and acceptance criteria the team can pick up and run with.
• Drive the delivery process across multiple initiatives in parallel, keeping scope, dependencies, and expectations under control.
• Run the day-to-day agile cadence: daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Manage stakeholders and their expectations with clear, frequent, honest communication.
• Partner with engineering and design to remove blockers and keep the pod shipping at a steady, sustainable pace.
• Use AI to multiply the team’s output: apply modern AI tooling to accelerate spec writing, backlog grooming, requirement analysis, QA support, and reporting and automate the repetitive work so the team can focus on what matters.
• Contribute to product discovery and roadmap conversations as a trusted voice while the core of the role stays firmly in execution and delivery.

Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?

• Minimum of 3+ years owning delivery as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst in software teams, with a proven track record of shipping.
• Strong backlog ownership: writing crisp user stories, prioritizing ruthlessly, and keeping a delivery team unblocked.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to do the job better — e.g. drafting specs/stories, summarizing requirements, automating routine workflows, accelerating analysis and reporting. You should be genuinely fluent in working with AI, not just curious about it.
• Advanced or bilingual English for non-native speakers.
  A technical background (computer science, engineering, systems, informatics, or similar) is strongly preferred it signals the kind of disposition toward delivery and the development process this role rewards.
• Advanced experience with Agile, plus comfort operating in mixed or waterfall-leaning environments when the engagement calls for it.
• Demonstrable craft in prioritization, requirement analysis, facilitation, negotiation, ownership, and technical writing.
• Relevant technical skills data analysis, product analytics, A/B testing, and programming basics — are a plus.
• Located in Argentina, Uruguay or Colombia; we primarily work with clients in the EST and PST time zones, accommodating their schedules as needed.
