⦁Responsible for handling material quality issues caused by suppliers.
⦁Provide timely feedback on quality problems to the supplier's quality window.Conduct preliminary failure analysis of materials using 5W1H to assist the supplier in identifying the root cause.
⦁Responsible for tracking the progress of supplier’s improvement.
⦁Responsible for tracking supplier’s improvement report and confirming supplier’s improvement results.
⦁Conduct supplier QPA/QSA audits and provide comments when necessary.
⦁Assist the buyer with material quality and technical support.
⦁Confirming and aligning material specification and outgoing appearance criteria with suppliers in the early stages.
⦁Maintain Quality issue reports and maintenance records.
⦁Process knowledge and skill related to manufacturing processes for system-level components.
⦁Process knowledge and skill related to server L6 ~ L11 manufacturing processes and handling component quality issues.
