Sr. Program Controls Analyst
This role works closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Track all elements of cost and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts.
- Submit reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5).
- Interpret program performance data and identify key insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams and PMO staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
- 5+ years of program controls, earned value management, or program finance experience
- Background in managing development programs and labor engineering programs
- Experience working at both large and small companies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
- TS/SCI clearance preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this position
