Key Responsibilities

· Handle SCADA & RTU system implementation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.

· Coordinate SCADA-related project execution activities at site level and Control room level with Client teams, various OEM and Internal TAS execution teams for Project delivery.

· Monitor overall system performance and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and communication-related issues to minimize operational downtime.

· Configure and manage industrial networking devices such as L2/L3 Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and GPRS/MPLS communication networks.

· Work on SCADA integration with enterprise platform including SAP, GIS, LCV Management Systems, EMCS, and other third-party platforms.

· Develop and support dashboards, reports, graphics, and real-time monitoring tools for operational analysis.

· Ensure reliable and uninterrupted data communication between RTUs, SCADA servers, EMCS/MCS systems, and field devices.

· Support database configuration, synchronization, RTU integration, and addition/deletion of field devices.

· Ensure cybersecurity compliance and implementation across SCADA systems and networks.

· Hands on experience in handling SCADA servers, Web Servers, APIs, Mobile Apps, SMS gateway integration, Gas Reconciliation Systems, and related applications.

· Work closely with TAS back office, Project Execution, Client IT and networking team and GA-level teams for project delivery and future scalability.

· Willingness to travel project sites and client location for supervision for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting purpose as needed.



Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in SCADA and RTU Programming.
  • Good knowledge of industrial networking concepts and networking devices.
  • Experience with programming languages such as FBD, ST, and LD.
  • Hands-on experience with communication protocols like DNP3 and Modbus.
  • Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of GPRS Modems and MPLS Networks in industrial automation system.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, communication architecture, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple site activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
