Sr. Project Management Executive

The Senior Project Management Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end delivery of research projects, ensuring timely execution, data integrity and insightful analysis.

Clients

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Develop research proposals and methodologies tailored to client needs

People

• Work effectively with senior members of the team and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with Ipsos internal HR processes

Research

• Assist in drafting the outline of complex proposal independently
• Manage and produce the preparation of client reports, presentations, and data visualizations

Finances

• Monitor progress at all project stages, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost efficiency

Communication

• Choose the appropriate communication style and method for the message and audience.
• Communicate clearly and objectively – written and spoken

• Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Knowledge of research methodologies & techniques, risk assessment, and financial acumen is necessary
• Knowledge of statistics (all bivariate and multivariate analyses from the questionnaire/discussion guide design, briefing DS, interpretation and analysis of results).
• Insight in sampling and methodologies (knowing what to use when and how) and analyses (first insights and conclusions from data and results)
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Good English
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and basic knowledge in SPSS
