Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional complex project by defining scope, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and driving accountability to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage timelines and scope to drive successful project outcomes, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure adherence to commitments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, Commercial, Brand, R&D, procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to maintain alignment and transparency across all stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication, providing clear project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership.
- Champion process discipline and best practices, ensuring adherence to KDP’s project management
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and applying lessons learned across projects.
- Provide strategic insight by connecting project objectives to broader business goals and identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
- Support commercialization readiness, ensuring all supply chain, procurement, and production elements are aligned for timely launch and execution
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $68,600 - $110,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives—preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar or enterprise-level commercialization, capital, or expense projects.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels—both verbally and in writing.
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Power BI, and SAP or comparable ERP systems.
