Sr Project Manager (Real Estate & Space Planning)
Summary
The Senior Project Manager will oversee real estate strategies, warehouse space planning, and lease management within a logistics environment. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing property migrations, and overseeing construction or facility handovers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct and share short/ mid/ long term strategies with management
- Work closely with stakeholders of support and operation functions (Demand)
- Work with property agents in consolidating all available sites and other details (Supply)
- Work with respective stakeholders on overall space planning
- Initiate and prepare for any lease renewal or warehouse migration
- Prepare Business Case jointly with relevant departments in preparing for approval
- Work with legal department on tenancy agreement and call out any outstanding clauses
- Conduct monthly space planning in management meeting
- Other tasks may include new building construction, BTS , A&A and etc
- Handover the warehouse or properties to Facilities Team
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management or other related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of related working experience preferably in a 3PL environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills & presentation skills
- Positive attitude and must be able to adapt to fast-paced environment
