1. Lead the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process for the
liquid cooling portfolio, driving projects from concept through
commercialization.
2. Manage new product development schedules, production
planning, and resource coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
3.Oversee infrastructure design, pump skids, and system
architecture for high-density datacenter deployments.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing
partners for product validation, optimization, and quality
assurance.
5.Support major customer deployments with technical project
management and onsite arrangement.
6.Track project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines while
providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
