Techsa is hiring a remote Senior Project Manager to own software project delivery end to end: building delivery plans, coordinating developers and QA, tracking progress and blockers, managing scope and releases, and reporting status to stakeholders.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to take full ownership of software project delivery. You will run the development plan end to end: coordinating developers and QA, following up on tasks and blockers, and making sure releases go out on time and as agreed with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own software projects from planning through release
- Build and maintain delivery plans with clear tasks, owners and dates
- Track progress daily, flag delays early and drive recovery actions
- Work directly with developers and QA to remove blockers and keep work moving
- Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into deliverable tasks
- Manage scope and change requests, and communicate their impact on timelines
- Plan and coordinate releases, including readiness checks with QA
- Report project status, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders and management
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management (any industry)
- Proven experience personally managing software development projects from planning to release
- Hands-on experience maintaining delivery plans and following up on progress and delays
- Direct experience working with developers, QA and business stakeholders on requirements, blockers and changes
- Strong organization, follow-up and communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as a software developer or data engineer
- Experience managing data, analytics or AI projects
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
