What you will do:

• Coordinate the schedule, meeting governance and dependencies across Commercial Insights SAM and NAM squads
• Define ceremony cadence, consolidate executive status reports, identify risks and blockers
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and the technical team
• Act as the single point of process coordination, freeing the Product Owner to focus on content and prioritization
• Proactively identify and escalate risks before they become blockers
• Deep-dive with the team into day-to-day project discussions, helping organize and structure demands

What we are looking for:

• Advanced or fluent English — constant interaction with NAM stakeholders and international teams
• Solid experience in agile and/or hybrid project management
• Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to report status clearly to leadership
• Familiarity with data/analytics squads and technical project dynamics
• Solid experience in data, analytics or technology projects applied to business
• Proactive profile with strong initiative to identify and escalate risks independently

Nice to have:

• Experience with Commercial and/or Agro projects
• Knowledge of or familiarity with commercial/agro business dynamics
