Sr. Python Developer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the product management team to translate product roadmaps into actionable engineering plans.
  

• Break down high-level plans into agile sprint tasks with precise effort estimation to ensure smooth project delivery.
  

• Take ownership of features, driving their development from concept to completion through effective teamwork.
  

• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs to support application functionality.
  

• Continuously explore and adopt new frameworks and technologies to enhance team efficiency and application performance.

• Implement new features and optimize existing codebase for performance
  

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code according to company coding practices
  

• Experience with microservice architecture and message queues
  

• Experience with WebSocket and Server-Sent Events (SSE) implementations
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Python/Django Developer.
  

• Technical Skills:
  

• Expertise in Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, and FAST API.
  

• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and ORM.
  

• Solid knowledge of data structures, OOP principles, and multi-process architecture.
  

• Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
  

• Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservice architecture.
  

• Knowledge of prompt engineering for OpenAI’s API.
  

• Familiarity with front-end technologies.
  

• System architectural skills.
