🚀 We're Hiring | Expired Components Quality Technician / Engineer

Are you passionate about quality, problem-solving, and ensuring product compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Quality team and take ownership of the validation and requalification process of electronic components that have reached or exceeded their shelf-life.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✅ Assess and inspect expired components and materials

✅ Review Certificates of Conformity, test reports, and quality documentation

✅ Coordinate with suppliers to obtain revalidation approvals and technical justifications

✅ Support laboratory testing and Material Review Board (MRB) activities

✅ Ensure traceability and compliance with customer and industry requirements

✅ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Supplier Quality teams

✅ Identify quality risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 What we're looking for

• Background in Quality, Electronics, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Incoming Inspection, or Electronics Manufacturing (preferred)

• Knowledge of electronic components, quality inspection techniques, and shelf-life management

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation

• Good communication skills and strong analytical mindset

• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools

⭐ Nice to Have Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC standards, or equivalent quality management systems.
