Job Summary (List Format):
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Execute functional and automated tests to verify accuracy, completeness, and reliability of application functionality.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain UI automated testing frameworks for Android (Espresso) and iOS (XCUITest).
- Analyze requirements to determine automation feasibility; integrate automated tests into CI pipelines.
- Contribute to code/PR reviews and drive towards 100% regression automation readiness.
- Develop robust, scalable, and reusable automated test scripts across applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with development teams for timely resolution and retesting.
- Define and improve test strategies, QA processes, and coordinate with multiple backend teams.
- Inject testing earlier in the development process through mocking strategies.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks; adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in regression testing to ensure new enhancements do not impact existing functionality.
- Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to testing best practices.
- Minimum 7+ years technical experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
- Hands-on testing experience in both iOS and Android platforms using various functional and automation tools.
- Minimum 3+ years of mobile app automation experience (Monkey Talk, Selendroid, Appium, Katalon, etc.).
- Deep knowledge in Functional, Integration, Regression, Exploratory, End-to-End, Compatibility, GUI, Web Services, and Accessibility testing.
- Understanding of Swift, Kotlin, or similar programming languages; strong programming and debugging skills.
- API testing experience with tools like Postman, IntelliJ HTTP Client, or similar.
- Experience with debugging tools such as Charles Proxy, Splunk, Sentry, and Console.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with software deployment using Agile practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
