Sr. Recruiter
5 - 8 years of relevant Recruitment experience in which at least 3 years should be spent in a senior role, as an Individual Contributor. Experience must be in Technical hiring’s & Leadership level hiring’s. Should have Complete working knowledge of job boards, excel is mandatory. This role and requires a lot of aggression and passion for the job.
Qualification: MBA, preferable from Engineering background.

- Work experience in hiring related to Cloud technologies.
- Complete working knowledge of job boards, excel is mandatory.
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels (Job portals, Social Media like LinkedIn)/ sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment etc.
- Delivers on all metrics Desired Experience / Background.
- Build pipeline for future by proactively mapping / sourcing candidates.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with us.
