Job Summary
The Senior Regional Manager oversees a multi-regional portfolio of residential properties, providing direct supervision to Regional Managers and leadership to onsite property teams. This role drives operational performance, ensures financial success, and upholds asset integrity. The Senior Regional Manager partners with the Director of Property Management to execute strategic initiatives aligned with Roers Companies’ long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor Regional Managers to ensure high-performing teams that meet financial and operational benchmarks.
- Oversee financial performance of properties, including budgeting, rent growth, occupancy, expense control, and NOI targets.
- Collaborate with the Director of Property Management to implement portfolio strategies that enhance asset value and resident satisfaction.
- Analyze financial reports and operating statements to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess leasing, maintenance, and customer service standards.
- Support capital planning and execution of major repairs or improvement projects.
- Partner on staffing plans, training programs, and talent development across the region.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and property-specific requirements.
- Provide guidance on escalated resident issues, legal concerns, and vendor relationships.
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as Accounting, Marketing, HR, Construction, and Development.
