About
As a Regulatory Affairs & Claims Specialist (to Manager), you will be a key expert within our Research & Innovation team in Seoul. You will play a crucial role in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of South Korea, ensuring our innovative products meet all local requirements, particularly those set by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). Your expertise will provide the strategic foundation that allows L'Oréal to launch safe, compliant, and high-quality products for our consumers.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Compliance: Guiding product development and marketing teams by providing expert regulatory insights on cosmetics and chemical regulations throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Product Registration & Claims: Leading the registration process for Functional Cosmetics with the MFDS and validating all product claims to ensure full compliance with local laws and guidelines.
• Regulatory Reporting: Compiling and managing comprehensive regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely submission to all relevant authorities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as a central regulatory partner for various departments, including Marketing, R&I, and Supply Chain, fostering strong communication to drive cross-disciplinary projects forward.
Requirements
• University graduate or above, Chemical, biology, pharmacy, or any related major.
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Proficient with Excel, PPT, Word
• Over 10 years of relevant experience welcomed
