SR. RESIDENT ENGINEER

Supervision of Residential Villas & Infrastructure
Location: Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi

International is seeking Sr. Resident Engineer will support the client in the construction
supervision, coordination, quality control, safety monitoring, and contract
administration of residential villas and associated infrastructure works. The ideal
candidate will have extensive construction supervision in the UAE or similar environment, with
strong leadership, project management, and client communication
skills.
- Take overall responsibility for the successful
completion of assigned infrastructure projects.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of
engineers, inspectors, and technical staff.
- Implement and enforce quality
control and assurance measures.
- Monitor project
budgets and expenditures to ensure financial control.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring
critical milestones are met.
- Maintain regular communication
with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
- Apply technical expertise across infrastructure
works.
- Identify potential risks and
implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects comply with local
regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate project
documentation including reports, change orders,
and inspections.
Required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil
Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in the
UAE.
- Min. 15 years of experience in UAE projects
- Previous experience with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA)
- Strong leadership, team management,
and client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities
- Proficiency in project management
software and tools.
- Knowledge of UAE local regulations, codes,
and standards.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale
infrastructure projects.
- Willing to work in Liwa, Al Dhafra Region,
Abu Dhabi.
