Manage territory to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and expeditiously addressing customer concerns. Assess customer needs, business trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape Identify solutions to address customer needs, manage/close respective project(s), cultivate new growth opportunities, and build sustainable pipeline. Execute pricing actions. Build/maintain key customer relationships. Coordinate with technical team to conduct line trials, troubleshoot, identify cost saving opportunities, and resolve issues/concerns. Generate compelling and professional business proposals.
