SUMMARY\:

The Senior Sales Marketing Specialist coordinates day-to-day operational execution for a centralized Sales Marketing team, providing support across multiple workstreams under the Sales Marketing umbrella, primarily request intake and assignment and content organization. This role manages request intake, prioritization, assignment and deadline tracking for requests such as RFxs, presentations, questionnaires, data requests, case studies, and various marketing collateral. This position ensures requests are qualified and sequenced appropriately across the Sales Marketing team, processes are followed, handoffs are clear, and team capacity is distributed appropriately across deadlines and request volume.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\:

  • Support the centralized intake process, vetting requests against defined criteria and coordinating exceptions with the Sales Marketing team.

  • Triage incoming requests for completeness, urgency, and appropriate routing.

  • Coordinate work assignments based on priorities, deadlines, and team capacity.

  • Track requests from intake through completion, maintaining clear visibility into status, workload, and dependencies.

  • Monitor team bandwidth and utilization, identifying bottlenecks and escalating risks as needed.

  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reporting to support delivery oversight.

  • Balance short‑turn and longer‑range requests to ensure timely, sustainable execution.

  • Partner with the Sales Marketing team to sequence and prioritize work based on client needs and revenue considerations.

  • Coordinate and actively contribute to weekly team stand‑ups on workload status updates and potential risks/dependencies anticipated future requests, document action items and follow‑ups.

  • Track and coordinate internal Sales Marketing milestones and deadlines to facilitate team coordination and communication.

  • Prepare quarterly reporting on requested data including but not limited to win/loss ratios, workload volume, client trends and retroactive request themes.

  • Maintain organized repositories of templates, collateral, and prior submissions, ensuring version control, documentation accuracy, and submission readiness support.
