Description

As one of our earliest Salesforce Developer hires, you'll build production Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agent Force. You'll write Apex, LWC, and Flows, but you'll also spend a meaningful portion of your time working alongside AI agents to accelerate delivery: prompting, reviewing, extending, and correcting AI-generated artifacts across metadata, code, and documentation. This is a hands-on role with a lot of surface area. You'll have direct contact with customer architects and stakeholders, own delivery on meaningful chunks of engagements, and have a real say in how we build.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build Salesforce solutions across core clouds: Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, integration patterns, security, and sharing models.
  • Stand up Agentforce agents, actions, and prompt templates; wire them into Data Cloud, Apex, and Flow.
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, or direct point-to-point.
  • Deploy via SFDX, manage metadata, and maintain clean CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work side-by-side with AI coding agents as part of your daily workflow, and help us sharpen the patterns, prompts, and guardrails that make them effective.
  • Participate in customer-facing discovery, design sessions, and demos.
  • Contribute to our internal tooling, accelerators, and reusable components.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work in person in Pune, India.
  • 5+ years building on the Salesforce platform, across multiple production implementations.
  • Platform fundamentals: data model design, governor limits, sharing and visibility model, selective SOQL and indexing, large data volume patterns, and the declarative vs. programmatic tradeoff.
  • Declarative fluency: Flow (record-triggered, screen, scheduled, auto-launched), validation rules, approval processes, permission sets and permission set groups, profile design, and sharing rules Apex depth: trigger handler patterns, bulkified code, asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Schedulable, Future, Continuations), and test classes with meaningful assertions (not coverage padding) LWC depth: component composition, Lightning Data Service, wire adapters, imperative Apex calls, custom and pub/sub events, and performance-aware rendering.
  • Integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, OAuth 2.0 and JWT auth patterns, error handling, retries, and idempotency.
  • Deployment and DevOps: SFDX, scratch orgs, unlocked or 2GP packages, metadata in source control, and a working CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud, or Agent Force.
  • Comfort with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as a daily driver, not a novelty.
  • Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain a design decision to a customer architect without hand-waving.
