Sr. SCADA Organization & Change Management Analyst - (100% Remote)
Summary
Leads organizational change management for utility/energy clients, focusing on SCADA/EMS systems and grid operations to align processes with NERC compliance and operational governance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business process transformation, or operational consulting, with a significant portion in utility or energy sector environments
- Demonstrated experience working within NERC-regulated utility environments, with a solid understanding of reliability standards, compliance obligations, and operational governance
- Familiarity with the governance and operational requirements of government-owned or government-controlled utilities
- Proven ability to lead OCM initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training development, and adoption measurement
- Deep expertise in utility operations and business processes, including control room operations, SCADA/EMS systems, or grid operations
- Experience conducting current-state assessments and developing future-state operating models
- Strong facilitation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a complex, matrixed organization
- Must be able to obtain and pass required background screening (including applicable government/utility security clearance requirements).
