Job Description: Sr. SDET in San Diego, CA

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. SDET to join our team in San Diego, CA. The Sr. SDET will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software development and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated tests for software products
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage
• Identify and report defects in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development and testing
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other languages
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
