Sr SEO Specialist
Position: Onsite
Timing: 9pm to 6am (Night Shift)
Location: Johar town, Near Khokhar Chowk
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SEO & AEO Specialist to drive organic growth, search visibility, and AI-powered search presence. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience and mandatory industry experience in FinTech, Medical Billing/Healthcare, SaaS, or Technology/Devices.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, architecture, and structured data.
Optimize content, metadata, headings, internal linking, and keyword strategies.
Improve visibility across AI-powered search, featured snippets, People Also Ask, and answer engines.
Conduct keyword, competitor, SERP, and content-gap research.
Manage link-building initiatives and monitor backlink profiles.
Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and development teams.
Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and AI/search visibility.
Stay updated on search algorithm changes, AI search developments, and SEO/AEO best practices.
Mandatory Requirements
4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Industry experience in at least one of: FinTech, Medical Billing/Healthcare, SaaS, or Technology/Devices.
Strong experience in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and AEO.
Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, structured data, and AI-driven search.
