Job Title: Sr. Service Engineer-Service
Location: Rampura Aghucha, HZL
Experience: Minimum 10 years.
Industry: Mining & Construction equipment, HEMM OEM.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
1. Technical Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Lead hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting of HEMM and mining equipment.
Ensure timely breakdown resolution to minimize equipment downtime.
2. Failure Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and recurring issues.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
3. Safety, Risk & Compliance
Identify hazards and perform risk assessments as per site requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, SMPs, and OEM safety standards with zero tolerance for safety violations.
4. Team & Resource Management
Lead and manage a workforce of approximately 50 personnel and 30 HEMM units.
Allocate manpower and equipment efficiently to meet operational targets.
5. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary interface with the customer during critical and high-pressure situations.
Ensure professional communication and timely reporting to management and client representatives.
