Sr. SI Validation (EA) Team Lead 訊號量測分析 (Server)

Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive test plans based on server and storage system architectures, hardware block diagrams, and interface specifications.
2. Extract and analyze electrical DC/AC specifications from silicon and device datasheets to support SI validation.
3. Perform PCB soldering and rework to optimize probing locations and ensure accurate signal measurements.
4. Lead team management activities, including scheduling and oversight of NRE tasks and new project initiatives.
5. Develop and document test procedures for new test items in compliance with industry standards.
6. Team management. Ensure overall team deliverables meet customer expectations and effectively communicate with customers and internal cross-functional teams to drive project success.
7. Analyze, isolate, and drive resolution of SI validation issues through root cause investigation.
8. Implement next-generation validation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and deliver appropriate training to enhance overall team capabilities.
9. Review and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and stability of SI validation methodologies and test reports.
職務內容:
1. 依據伺服器與儲存系統架構、硬體系統架構圖及介面規格，規劃並制定完整的測試計畫。
2. 解析並應用晶片與元件資料表中的電性 DC/AC 規格，以支援訊號完整性（SI）驗證。
3. 執行 PCB 焊接與重工作業，以最佳化量測探點並確保訊號量測準確性。
4. 主導團隊管理相關工作，包括時程規劃，以及 NRE 任務與新專案的監督與推動。
5. 制定符合產業標準的新測試項目與測試流程並將它文件化。
6. 團隊管理。確保整體團隊產出符合客戶期望，並能有效與客戶及內部跨部門團隊溝通，推動專案成功進行。
7. 進行 SI 驗證問題之分析、隔離與根因判斷，推動問題解決。
8. 導入新一代驗證標準作業流程（SOP），並提供適切訓練，以提升整體團隊能力。
9. 審查並確保 SI 驗證方法與測試報告之正確性、一致性與穩定性。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
2. Hands-on experience with PCB component soldering and basic oscilloscope operation.
3. Solid understanding of low-speed signal measurement methodologies and waveform characteristics.
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing at an intermediate level.
5. Proficient in standard office tools, including Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
職務資格:

**Nice to have (+):
1. Experience with schematic and PCB design tools such as Allegro or Capture.
2. Familiarity with operating DUTs in a Linux environment.
3. 5 or more years of experience in electrical engineering or signal integrity (SI) validation.
4. Knowledge of server and storage board design and system architecture.
