Sr. Software Developer
Summary
Design and build scalable ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations, using JavaScript and Agile practices with a path toward architect-level roles.
We are looking for a Sr. Software Developer who is passionate about building scalable solutions and eager to grow into architect-level roles.
This role offers exposure to advanced ServiceNow implementations, mentorship from senior architects, and opportunities to work on AI and automation-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow
- Build catalog items, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions
- Work across modules such as CSM, HRSD, FSM, ITOM, SecOps, and IRM
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs
- Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to continuous delivery improvements
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- CSA certification with at least one CIS certification
- Experience in one or more ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, IRM)
- Hands-on Agile delivery experience
