Job Summary

Serve as a senior software engineer contributing to design development and optimization of scalable enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot React Js microservices and AWS in a hybrid work model while collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver secure high quality solutions that improve customer experience and create sustainable business value.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot to deliver reliable business capabilities that meet complex enterprise requirements and performance expectations.
• Implement and maintain microservices based architectures that promote scalability modularity and ease of deployment across multiple business domains and environments.
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces with React Js to provide intuitive digital experiences that help customers complete their tasks efficiently and confidently.
• Integrate applications with AWS managed services to improve system resilience optimize cost and ensure secure handling of application data and workloads.
• Optimize service performance through efficient data access patterns thoughtful caching strategies and systematic profiling to reduce latency and improve throughput.
• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to refine requirements clarify acceptance criteria and translate functional needs into clear technical designs.
• Collaborate with quality engineering peers to define test strategies support automated testing and quickly resolve defects to maintain a strong focus on product quality.
• Ensure secure coding practices in all components by addressing authentication authorization data protection and input validation to reduce security risks.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines by refining build processes and deployment workflows that support frequent and reliable releases.
• Review code from peers and provide constructive feedback that improves readability maintainability and adherence to agreed engineering standards.
• Mentor less experienced engineers through pairing documentation and knowledge sharing sessions that foster a culture of growth and technical excellence.
• Coordinate effectively with team members in the hybrid work model using clear communication timely updates and collaborative tools to keep work aligned and predictable.
• Document solution designs service contracts and operational runbooks in a clear and structured manner to support long term maintainability and incident readiness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java programming with proven experience building production grade backend systems over several years of professional practice.
• Show deep hands on experience with Spring Boot including configuration dependency injection security and integration with data and messaging layers.
• Exhibit solid competency with React Js including component design state management and integration with backend APIs for creating dynamic single page applications.
• Bring practical experience designing and implementing microservices that communicate through restful or event driven patterns while managing service boundaries thoughtfully.
• Apply sound understanding of AWS services such as compute storage networking and monitoring to deploy and operate cloud native or cloud hosted applications.
• Display working knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases along with ability to design schemas and queries that balance performance and maintainability.
• Use industry standard tools for source control build automation and continuous integration to keep the delivery pipeline predictable and efficient.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in simple language to peers and non technical partners while maintaining a collaborative and inclusive working style.
