Sr.Software Engineer ( Backend Focus)
We’re seeking a Sr Level Back-End Software Engineer with experience in Go and Python to help scale our infrastructure and data services.

What You’ll Do
- A passion for building scalable AI agents
- Build scalable back-end services using Go and Python
- Design and deploy containerized microservices using Kubernetes
- Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops
- Develop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentation
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows in a cloud-native (GCP) environment
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of backend development experience working at a product-based company
- Experience with AI tools i.e. Claude, ChatGpt or Gemini
- 3+ years of experience with Go and Python
- Experience with Databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etc
- Solid problem Solving/Programming skills
- Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) and M.Tech/M.E. from IIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier institution.

- Experience with CI/CD & GCP

This role requires that you have 4 + years of experience working with SaaS Products.
