- Own projects end-to-end, from requirement understanding to delivery and post-release support
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery by setting clear, realistic goals and aligning team efforts accordingly
- Identify risks early and proactively manage dependencies, scope, and timelines
- Maintain a strong focus on engineering quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability

- Take the lead in client communication for assigned projects

- Promote and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and best practices

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development, including Senior Software Engineer or Principal-level roles
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js And Next.js)
- Proven track record in building responsive, high-performance web applications
- Hands-on involvement in client communication and team coordination
- Strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and ability to mentor and guide team members
