Sr. Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives in product environments and enjoys working closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders. This role is ideal for engineers who think beyond leveraging AI tools and modern technologies to significantly improve individual and team productivity while building scalable, high-quality products. You will play a key role in shaping technical decisions, influencing product direction, and driving engineering excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and scale high-quality product features end-to-end.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Business leaders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Own system design, architecture decisions, and code quality for your modules.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery speed (10x mindset).
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and lead by example.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new-age technologies to solve business problems effectively.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in product-based companies.
• Strong experience working in cross-functional teams with product, design, and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to independently own features from idea to production.
• Hands-on experience with modern technologies, including but not limited to: Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, system design, and scalable architectures.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
