Sr. Solutions Consultant

Job Description:

• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, identify challenges, and recommend suitable data center solutions.

• Support consultative selling by developing technical proposals, delivering presentations, and providing solution recommendations aligned with customer needs.

• Design scalable, efficient, and cost-effective data center solutions covering colocation, wholesale, connectivity, cloud exchange, cloud on-ramp, and data center interconnect.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client requirements.

• Support solution implementation and collaborate with Operations teams to address technical challenges and optimize infrastructure performance.

• Prepare clear and accurate technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with junior team members to strengthen the team's solution design capabilities.

• Recommend improvements to existing solutions and infrastructure to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate head.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in data center solutions, ICT infrastructure, or a related technical field.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience, or demonstrated expertise as a technical specialist.

• Solid understanding of data center technologies, including cooling, power, compute, and network connectivity.

• Knowledge of data center products, features, functionalities, and infrastructure solutions.

• Experience in solution design, technical consulting, consultative selling, or customer-facing technical engagements.

• Strong technical writing, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to independently manage complex technical requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant data center certifications, such as CDCP, CDCS, CDCE, or equivalent.

• Certifications or training in ITIL, PMP, IP networking, cloud technologies, or other relevant ICT technologies.

• Training in Agile project management, technical writing, presentation, negotiation, or related areas.
