Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to join Vantive Acute team, focusing on delivering solutions in Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role is responsible for driving business growth and market adoption of acute therapies including medical devices, consumables, and digital solutions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical and commercial acumen, build strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, combining strong customer focus with practical sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and execute strategic business plans for assigned territories.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product utilization across existing accounts.
- Provide clinical and product support to healthcare professionals on devices, consumables, and digital solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, in-service training, and education programs to clinicians and stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of digital solutions in ICU settings, ensuring alignment of technology with clinical workflows and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to sales & marketing team for strategies development
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to execute campaigns, workshops, and educational events.
- Support tender submissions, negotiations, and contract management.
- Provide occasional clinical support outside of regular working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or ICU-related products.
- Proven sales track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in a hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of ICU environments and acute therapies is highly preferred.
- Experience in driving and executing digital solution implementation projects in ICU settings is an advantage
- Basic understanding of healthcare data privacy, cybersecurity considerations, and hospital IT compliance requirements is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
