Summary:
1. Senior Mechanical Engineer who will handle chassis and sub-
system mechanical simulation and design improvement.
2. For system and subsystem level mechanical structure s
imulation and analysis.
3. Make mechanical design more precisely before sampling or
tooling, directly communicate with customers and vendors to
improve design in advance
4. Execute design changes, cost reductions, manufacturing
methods improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Execute mechanical design of liquid cooling solutions

2. Communicate with internal and external department to solve issues and make sure can meet target on time

• Capable to find out adequate resource & solutions to deliver fastest response to customers
• Excellent teamwork and communication (verbal and writing) skills
• Show initiatives and has strong drive for customer satisfaction
• Systematically & logically thinking and do support management

3. Mechanical solution consulting & designing

• Cooler design, heat sink, cold plate, CDU, heat pipe, Fans, heat exchanger, HVAC, cooling tower and so on.
• Vendor management
• New technology study
