Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading OSAT strategic engagement and commercial management, driving cost optimization, ensuring supply continuity, and owning end-to-end supplier strategy. The role requires strong leadership, program management, and cross-functional influence to align business, engineering, and supply chain objectives while driving long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, LTAs, capacity agreements, price adjustments, and payment terms.
• Own OSAT supplier strategy and act as a key decision driver in supplier selection.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives using structured methodologies such as cost breakdown analysis, should-cost modeling, VA/VE, and localization strategies.
• Lead cross-functional program engagement as a product/program management partner, ensuring OSAT readiness across MP, NPI, transfer, ramp-up, and EOL phases.
