Sr. Superintendent - Mission Critical

We've partnered with a leader in the commercial construction space for their Sr. Superintendent search. If you've led operations for Mission Critical sites then this role is for you!
What You Will Do:
- Maintain company policies and quality standards
- Partner with PM to prepare site plans
- Review progress reports to for the project
- Meet with subcontractors to review scope of work and schedule
- Coordinate pre-construction meeting
- Meet with client regularly to review project progress
- Conduct work in-progress inspections
- Meet with Craft personnel for site updates and issues
What You Bring:
- 5+ years leading ground-up mission critical sites
- Experience running $100M+ mission critical projects
- Ability to travel 100% to TX
- Recent experience working with a top 20 GC
- Valid Driver's License
