Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is to direct plant maintenance activities as Senior Technical Supervisor responsible for performance of (3) technical division shifts plantwide. This person will actively contribute to the performance of Astemo through strong technical oversight, team leadership, and operational execution. This role is full-time onsite at the Greenfield plant, and would require much flexibility as it oversees technical aspects across all 3 shifts.

• Direct Machine Maintenance and T/A Activities
• General Project Management
• Direct Continuous Improvement Activities
• Control Department Budgets
• Direct / Implement / Manage Preventative Maintenance Programs
• Supervise both salaried and hourly associates
• Availability to be “on call”
