Sr. Switch System Engineer_TC27645

Supermicro is seeking an experienced system or product engineer for ethernet switch products. This role requires a strong switch product and factory knowledge, excellent communication skills between engineer and factory, and the ability to manage projects effectively. With program management experience is a plus.

1. Product Engineer Role – To coordinating production and building networking products.
2. Support and manage development stage system assembly and testing. Need to make sure and well know product each angel detail including manufacture process.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team, to review product status and quality.
4. Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical issues resolution.
5. Control schedule and on time delivery
6. Improve system process for better quality and customer satisfaction.
7. Come out support document to make sure product successful.
