Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promptly support the issue's duplication and clarification reported by production or customers.
- Teamwork with related RD and Lab to find out the root cause.
- Support system evaluation during New Product Introduction (NPI), POC and tradeshow.
- Support the phase in of the customized hardware testing and OS installation requested by enterprise customers.
- Troubleshooting Hardware/Firmware problems reported by customers .
- Write debug program by using shell script to figure out the hardware issues.
