This individual combines strategic talent acquisition expertise with advanced skills in data analytics and HRIS tools to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions for data center, healthcare, and other mission-critical project environments where speed, precision, and technical fit are essential. This role partners closely with Mission Critical division leadership to proactively address workforce needs tied to project ramp-ups and schedules, develop innovative sourcing strategies for specialized mechanical, HVAC, and controls talent, and strengthen the division's overall talent pipeline.
