Sr Team Member - Audit Compliance & Reporting| Thrissur

  1. Conduct Offsite Audit through Data Analytics, seek support from IT and Business Units / Branches.
  2. Coordinate for responses
  1. Identify Control Points (CPs) based on RBI directions, SOPs, internal policies, auditor inputs, and management directives.
  2. Supervise and guide the team during offsite audits.
  3. Extract data for identified CPs, analyze using tools, highlight exceptions, collect responses, and resolve issues.
  4. Use Macros/RPA for repetitive tasks.
  5. Identify root causes of exceptions and suggest recommendations for prevention.
  6. Prepare a meaningful dashboard summarizing findings.
  7. Escalate issues as per the established matrix.

Qualifications: Graduation from a premier Institution (Bachelors Degree in Computer science/ Mathematics/ Statistics/Commerce/ Engineering preferred) /Professional Certification (CA, CMA or equivalent)

Experience: 5 to 8 years
