Sr. Tech Lead - Programmable Platform Specialist
Summary
Tech lead developing, modernizing, and validating programmable control platforms for industrial automation. Day to day involves PLC applications (ST, FBD, SFC), iPro/CC200 platform work, LogicLab/ISaGRAF migrations, C/C++/HTML/JS software components, Modbus/BACnet protocols, and SBOM/CRA compliance in an on-site Pune role.
We are seeking a highly motivated Programmable Platform Specialist with strong expertise in PLCprogramming, industrial automation, and software development. The role focuses on developing, modernising, validating, and supporting programmable control platforms, with a particular emphasis on iPro/CC200,LogicLab/ISaGRAF migrations, and secure, compliant software solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain PLC applications using Structured Text (ST), Function Block Diagram (FBD), andSequential Function Chart (SFC).
- Design, enhance, and troubleshoot solutions on iPro/CC200 platforms.
- Lead and support LogicLab/ISaGRAF migration initiatives.
- Develop and integrate software components using C/C++, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Implement and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet.
- Execute software validation, testing, and defect resolution activities.
- Ensure compliance with SBOM and Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in industrial automation, embedded systems, or control platform development.
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial control domains is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A hands-on automation professional with a strong blend of PLC expertise, software development experience,platform migration knowledge, and an understanding of modern cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
