What You'll Do​

  • Own end-to-end implementation delivery for multiple concurrent customer engagements, from low-level design through customer sign-off.

  • Translate high-level designs handed over by the presales/solution architect team into detailed low-level designs within a five-working-day turnaround per customer.

  • Conduct internal and external kickoffs with customers and the presales team to align on scope, design, and delivery plan.

  • Plan and sequence work across parallel customer projects to maintain delivery throughput without compromising quality.

  • Drive automation across switch deployment, configuration rollouts, and repeatable site activities to scale implementation throughput.

  • Conduct customer workshops, CSAT meetings, and stakeholder reviews on-site at customer locations.

  • Improve internal LLD templates, runbooks, and operating procedures based on lessons learned across engagements.



Requirements

Must-Have

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years hands-on network and security implementation experience, with multi-customer delivery (SI, OEM, or distributor background — not internal-only).

  • Strong hands-on with at least two of: Cisco firewalls, Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto Networks.

  • Wi-Fi deployment expertise including active heat map surveys, post-deployment tuning, and coverage troubleshooting.

  • NAC implementation experience with HP Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE.

  • SD-WAN and switching experience across HP Aruba and/or Cisco Meraki/Catalyst.

  • Demonstrated ability to write production-grade low-level designs within tight turnaround windows.

  • Customer-facing experience including workshops, design discussions, and CSAT engagements.

Good-to-Have

  • Cisco Umbrella, MFA solutions, and secure web gateway implementations.

  • Scripting/automation experience (Python, Ansible) for network deployment at scale.

  • Industry certifications such as CCNP, Aruba ACMP/ACMX, Palo Alto PCNSE.
