Sr. Technical Manager

Responsibility:

• Responsible to manage the design team

• Responsible for managing the design process using programme/ time awareness and Technical expertise.

• Supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and obligations in the development of a building design

• Responsible for encouraging and inspiring design team to produce their best work using their full flair, experience, resources and talents in a cost effective way.

• Responsible for attending & coordinating department meetings.

• Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice where appropriate.

• Responsible for collaborating with other departments

• Responsible for delegating and reviewing team assignments.

• Responsible for creating innovative designs, drafts, or presentations.

• Responsible to ensuring design quality and that design directives are followed.

• Act as the point of contact and communicate for technical and design related matters both internal and external of the company.

• Liaise with Clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.

• Make certain that client’s needs are met as the project evolves.

• Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.

• Other assigned responsibilities as per Line Head & Projects requirement
