Sr. Technical Product Manager
In this role, you will partner with Architects, Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, and other TPMs in guiding the evolution of our large-scale Geospatial data platform. Your broad background in a wide array of geospatial data domains, standards, and applied use cases will provide you with the insights to guide technical teams in the creation of new geospatial datasets and the distribution formats required for their rapid adoption and efficient use by our customers. You will work closely with your Product Management peers in assessing and meeting the needs of our current customers while uncovering new market opportunities to leverage and monetize our growing library of imagery-derived geospatial data. Finally, you will facilitate backlog prioritization and drive the creation of robust requirements artifacts while validating our deliverables meet stringent levels of quality and functional completeness.
Storage & Lifecycle
Define platform requirements for data lifecycle management, including publish, versioning, deprecation, and retention policies.Establish requirements for temporal access, historical snapshots, and attribute-level versioning to ensure traceability and consistency over time.Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure NFRs such as response targets, retrieval expectations are well defined.Translate business expectations into structured PRDs in partnership with Architecture and Engineering.
Data Distribution & API Enablement
Define content distribution requirements driving the adoption and at-scale consumption of our APIs, Agents, and other technical integration channels.Define functional requirements supporting scalability, security, entitlement controls, and multi-tenant access models.Drive the evolution of platform capabilities that enable flexible data packaging and monetization models delivered via high-speed Data-as-a-Service and Agent-to-Agent integration models.
Discovery & Catalog
Define requirements to enable searchable content with geospatial and attribute-based discovery capabilities.Define requirements for content catalog and metadata completeness to ensure content is clearly described and easily consumable.Ensure discoverability supports both internal and external platform users.
Metrics & Platform Performance
Define measurable success metrics across adoption, discoverability, API consumption, and revenue enablement.Define telemetry and SLA requirements in partnership with Engineering to ensure platform performance meets business expectations.
Customer & Market Alignment
Engage go-to-market product managers and internal stakeholders to identify integration requirements.Translate vertical use cases into reusable platform capabilities and POVs (proof-of-value).
Cross-Functional Leadership
Align research, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders on scalable deliveryCommunicate roadmap, releases, and impact to leadership
