Sr. Technical Program Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in ML/AI, healthcare tech, or other quality-critical domains.
• Proven track record managing multi-team programs involving engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
• Experience building operational systems such as monitoring, alerting, quality frameworks, and incident response.
• Strong ability to drive results without formal authority and work effectively in high-ambiguity environments.
• Background working with regulated or quality-sensitive workloads is strongly preferred.

Technical and Analytical:

• Ability to understand system architecture and map which components are impacted by changes.
• Strong analytical skills: SQL proficiency, comfort with dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.
• Comfortable having technical conversations with engineers and understanding trade-offs.
• Familiarity with modern data/ML stacks; we use GCP and BigQuery.
