- Use advanced sourcing methods including direct outreach, talent mapping, professional networking, community engagement, conferences, and specialized sourcing channels to identify hard-to-reach candidates.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, creating engaged talent communities and maintaining pipelines that support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, align sourcing plans, and continuously refine approaches based on business needs.
- Analyze sourcing and pipeline data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, improve conversion, and provide hiring teams with actionable market intelligence that informs talent decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by sharing insights on technical talent markets, candidate availability, competitive hiring conditions, and effective sourcing strategies.
- Champion AI-first recruiting practices by evaluating and integrating emerging AI tools into sourcing workflows to improve research, outreach, candidate engagement, pipeline quality, and operational efficiency.
- 6+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally within a high-growth technology or startup environment, with a strong track record supporting senior-level and specialty technical searches.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill engineering positions and build high-quality pipelines for specialized talent.
- Strong expertise across a broad range of sourcing channels, research techniques, talent mapping methodologies, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to uncover qualified leads, understand technical talent markets, and translate market intelligence into effective hiring recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong focus on creating thoughtful, engaging, and positive candidate experiences.
- Highly self-directed and entrepreneurial, with the judgment, ownership, and autonomy needed to build scalable sourcing practices and operate effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Curious and adaptable approach to AI, with a willingness to experiment, learn, and apply emerging technologies responsibly to amplify sourcing capabilities and improve impact; must also be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Industry-competitive salary and equity package, with US base pay ranges determined according to role function, level, location, and relevant market benchmarks.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, including 100% coverage of employee-only premiums for most medical plans.
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave available to all new parents, along with family planning benefits.
- Health and wellness stipend supporting employees' overall well-being.
- Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipends to support an effective work-from-home setup.
- Matching 401(k) contributions with immediate vesting, plus flexible PTO, 80 hours of sick time, and 11 company-paid holidays.
