A Day in the Life

＜部門について＞

心房細動（Atrial Fibrillation, AF）に対するカテーテルアブレーション治療関連製品の取り扱いを中心に、 疾患および治療法の啓発に取り組んでいます。

PFアブレーションおよびRFアブレーションと、高解像度マッピングを1本のカテーテルで行うことが可能なシステムを展開し、カテーテルアブレーション治療の普及に努めています。

＜業務内容＞

今年導入されたAffera Mapping and Ablationシステム関連に関して、現場担当者が回答することができない顧客からの問い合わせに関して、Issue/Customer Inquiry Triage (問題・問い合わせの初期評価・優先順位付け)を行い、適時国内外関連部署と連携を取り、適切な回答を顧客・担当営業にフィードバックします。

市場で発生する製品不具合に対するQAが実施するオペレーション以外の品質問題になる前の予兆を拾うべく、使用状況の監視や問い合わせやエラーの分析を行う。上記の業務を通じて、患者安全、顧客満足、品質の維持向上に貢献します。Senior Specialistとして、個別案件対応に加え、複雑な案件のハンドリング、関係者調整、進捗可視化、業務改善の推進において中心的な役割を果たします。

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Triage /Field Defect Management

• 市場で報告される製品不具合情報を収集、整理し、必要な情報の精査および記録を行う

• 不具合事象の内容、影響範囲、緊急度を理解し、優先順位付けを行い、関係部門と連携して適切な初動対応を推進する

• 不具合対応に必要な情報をタイムリーに集約し、社内関係者へ適切に展開する

• 案件の進捗、課題、未解決事項を継続的に管理し、必要に応じて エスカレーションを行う

2. Global and Cross-functional Coordination

• Global Technical Service、Quality、Operations等の関連チームと連携し、製品不具合への対応方針や必要情報を収集する

• Sales、Marketing、T&E、Quality Assurance、など国内関連部門と連携し、案件対応を推進する

• グローバルからのアップデートや指示事項をローカル関係者へ正確かつタイムリーに展開する

• 必要に応じて会議設定、論点整理、アクション管理を行い、部門横断での実行を支援する

• 製品不具合対応のオペレーションを正確かつ期限内に遂行すること

• Globalおよび国内関係者間での情報連携を円滑に行い、案件対応を前進させること

• 品質およびコンプライアンス要件を満たした運用を継続すること

• 複雑性の高い案件においても、主体的に課題を整理し、解決に向けて関係者を巻き込むこと
