Job Summary
Conduct needs analysis to create quality solutions. Ensure solutions are aligned with stated requirements and comply with departmental standards. Manage activities to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and within budget. Serve as a resource to ensure effective communications to customers or key stakeholders.
As a Sr Technology - MarTech / Content Supply Chain, you’ll own product direction for enterprise CMS, content, and digital-experience capabilities that help teams create, manage, publish, and optimize customer-facing experiences.
You’ll translate customer and business problems into product outcomes by shaping roadmaps, backlogs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success criteria across Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Customer, and Servicing domains.
You’ll operate across an evolving ecosystem where ambiguity becomes an opportunity to define smarter ways of working, balancing customer impact, feasibility, experience risk, dependencies, and speed to market while supporting automation and intelligent experiences.
Responsibilities
Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
Partner with other Technology Team members to provide advice or solutions within his or her area of expertise
Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and search for and seize opportunities to do more or to do things better
Estimate effort and value for solutions
Apply business solutions with broad level knowledge about technology platforms/architectures
Verify information and carefully review and check the accuracy of own work using dependency identification processes in technology work
Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency
Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of summary and synthesis on a regular and consistent basis
Monitor program risks, issues, and scope, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility and escalation
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Support Adobe Workfront and Adobe Campaign configuration, including administration, templates, and reporting structures.
Work with AEM Content Fragments/structured content and query capabilities such as AEM Query Builder or GraphQL.
Partner with creative operations and brand teams to align governance and content workflows.
Establish governance structures that improve compliance, asset reuse, and downstream activation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling and redesign
Advanced knowledge of technical environments
Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies
Skilled in excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation in working with various Teams and/or external partners
Ability to analyze large, complex, or vague Business or technical problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into viable solution recommendations

Ability to research, create, and document requirements, processes, and technical specifications

Ability to teach and mentor others concerning technical and business subjects
Hands-on Adobe AEM Assets configuration knowledge, including metadata schemas, taxonomies, permissions, and workflows.
Strong understanding of DAM governance and content structures that enable reuse and activation at scale.
Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Adobe Campaign configuration, administration, templates, and reporting.
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training
Experience
Required: Advanced-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
Information technology (IT) operations, programming, systems/software development or another IT related field
5–7+ years of experience aligned to technology analysis, DAM, CMS, content operations, or platform administration.
Hands-on experience configuring AEM Assets within a live DAM implementation.
Experience with metadata schemas, taxonomy structures, permissions, workflows, and asset lifecycle management.
Experience balancing authoring-team needs, platform behavior, and governance constraints.
Experience with Workfront and/or Adobe Campaign configuration, administration, templates, and reporting
Preferred Experience
AEM Content Fragments / structured content experience.
AEM Query Builder or GraphQL querying experience.
Creative operations / brand workflow familiarity.
Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Experience supporting large enterprise DAM governance and content workflows.
Other Qualifications
Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information
Ability to work extended hours as needed
