Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME L3
Summary
Senior technical SIGINT analyst responsible for ensuring compliance in signal processing, collection, and retention, and training teams on legacy TechSIGINT applications.
- Capture and refine system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development activities.
- Perform user and group training, and provide services in the development of training materials.
- Participate in outreach activities to grow the product user community.
- Provide services in the development and execution of requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications.
- Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications.
- Independently complete assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervision.
- Communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely and professionally.
- Exercise independent judgment in selecting and applying appropriate work methods, procedures, techniques, and practices in accomplishing duties.
- Train new team members.
- Complete non-routine and complex assignments.
- Build and utilize collaborative networks with key contacts within and outside of the organization to complete tasks.
- Explain technical, procedural, specialized, and legal information to non-experts.
Requirements
- A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree, or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree for a total of 12 years.
- Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant military training program for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 1N2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis), 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis), or Military Signals Analysis Program (MSAP).
- Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT or PROFORMA), or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
