Summary
Senior tester serving as the testing liaison between application development teams and federal government agency stakeholders. Designs and automates test strategies within Agile/DevOps pipelines, with a focus on compliance testing against federal standards such as Section 508, FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST, while mentoring teammates and driving process improvements.
Principal Responsibilities
Serve as the primary testing liaison between Application Development Organizations and Federal Government Agency stakeholders.
Design and implement flexible, scalable testing strategies in support of Agile/DevOps development efforts.
Develop and maintain automated testing solutions whenever feasible.
Conduct compliance testing to ensure adherence to federal, industry, and security regulations (e.g., Section 508, FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST).
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including government and partner development teams, to ensure test strategies align with compliance and functional requirements.
Collect, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative data on software testing and development activities.
Provide technical and testing leadership, mentoring other team members on automation and compliance testing best practices.
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and quality.
Understand applications from both technical and business perspectives to ensure holistic testing coverage.
